Flat saps & Black jacks D3 Protections flat saps, palmsaps and blackjacks are all made of the highest quality American made leather tanned by Herman Oak and are built for many years of loyal service.Flat saps consist of a flat spring with a lead ingot casted to it,This is known as the "frame".The frame is then covered with multiple layers of thick leather and sewn through all the layers. Two different types of palm saps are avaliable lead shot filled or a solid shape casted from lead. D3 Protections blackjacks are all made around custom made frames casted by me. The frame is then wraped with various types and thicknesses of leather.

click image to view larger image shown here is a rendition of a 16" english "bobby" nite stick,made from 6061 aircraft aluminum and has four deeply cut finger grooves, loaded with lead it weighs 27oz and has a four rivet swivel strap made from black drum dyed leather lined with black glazed pigskin sewn through out. this model can be ordered solid with the weight at 22oz ,Also this model can be ordered with the end hollow with the weight at 20 oz. Flat straps can be dyed to a variety of colors(see dye list ), Also a variety of materials like Blue, Black, Brown, Green, Red, ½" and ¾" nylon webbing, Chain, And hemp can also be used. There is no extra charge for any color or type of flat strap. Braided straps are braided with a variety of thicknesses of leather, Black 1mm round, Black 2mm round, Natural 1mm and 2mm round can be dyed to a variety of colors(see dye list), Also Black, Navy, Forest green, Grey, and Red nylon cord can be used . All braided straps are $15.00 USD to add to a sap.
